C Perry Marshall MD

Dr. Marshall is a Baylor University graduate and received his MD from the University of Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. He has been licensed to practice medicine in Texas since 2008 and has also been licensed in Georgia and Hawaii. He is a United States Marine Corp and Navy veteran. He trained as a Flight Surgeon at NAS Pensacola, FL.   Prior to that he was a General Surgery Resident at the Naval Regional Medical Center in San Diego, CA and Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon Georgia. His medical leadership experience includes Clinic Director and Senior Flight Surgeon at NAS Barbers Point, Hawaii; Clinic Director-Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Hawaii; Clinic Medical Directorships for Concentra Medical-Corpus Christi, Texas and US Healthworks-Tyler, Texas.

He has been owner and Medical Director for Business Health at Direct RehabMed in Tyler since 2016 and holds certifications in the following:

• NRCME- (DOT Medical Examiner)
• Senior Aviation Medical Examiner:  FAA Class I, II, III; Air Traffic Control Specialist; and employees
• FAA HIMS certified examiner – (FAA drug, alcohol, and psychological program)
• CEDIR- Certified Evaluation of Disability and Impairment Ratings – now CMLE Medical Review Officer (Drug and alcohol test evaluation and validation)
